Development Team  Coastal Blue Development, LLC, is a newly formed Florida limited liability company that will be the developer of Seychelles, a condominium.  It has brought together an impressive development team consisting of Charles W. (Chuck) Fuller, McCrory Building Company, Gulf-Schooner LLC and architecture by Collins and Associates, Inc.

Members of their entities have been developing properties in the upscale resort market for up to 25 years along the Gulf Coast in Northwest Florida.

McCrory Building Co. is a general contractor based in Birmingham, Alabama.  Over the past 7 years it has completed many local developments along the Emerald Coast including: Sterling Sands-110 units, St. Thomas-105 units, St. Marten-102 units, St Croix-76 units, Sterling Shores-160 units, Empress at Seascape-44 units, Leeward Key-70 units, Majestic Sun-356 units, Tides at Tops’l-162 units, Summit at Tops’l-156 units, Sterling Beach-92 units, and The Princess-74 units.
